The Ukraine
Math and Science
Achievement Fund

The Ukraine Math and Science Achievement Fund supports talented Ukrainian students whose studies have been interrupted by the war. This fund is made possible by a gift from Citadel Founder and CEO Ken Griffin.

The Fund will provide awards in three categories:

  • Undergraduate Scholarships

Support for exceptionally high-achieving students (including top Olympiad medalists, contestants, other highly accomplished students) who have been offered admission at a top international institution. Recipients are eligible for up to four years of financial support, including tuition, fees, and a stipend for living expenses.

  • Flexible Support for Students

Designed to meet the individual needs of talented students whose lives and studies have been affected by the war. Selection is based both on academic merit and need.

  • Infrastructure Gifts

Select gifts to organizations in Ukraine that support the development of high-achieving students and their participation in Olympiads and other academic competitions.

We will be providing additional information about the application process later this fall. Please check back for more details.
